Katie is a former Senior Sport Psychology & Coaching Science Lecturer at St Mary’s University London and has been a prominent figure on gymnastics scene for several years, offering sport psychology support to several clubs and coaches in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, she works for British Gymnastics, as the Coach Education Development Manager, as well as finding time to coach and tutor on a regular basis.

This webinar looked at the concepts that underpin attentional control and the strategies coaches can use in the long and short term to develop their gymnasts' attentional control and focus regarding skill development and performance.

This recorded webinar is open to all Gymnastics Ireland members across all disciplines (who are 18 and over) with an interest in Sports Psychology. The content delivered is ideally suitable for Level 2 coaches and above who are coaching gymnasts at a high-performance level.
