Description

The Level 1 Men's Artistic judging course is the first level on the Gymnastics Ireland judging qualification structure. This course is delivered over 2 days (online and face to face) and includes a practical exam (online). Please note that this particular course is open to entry level candidates as well as revalidation candidates with a Level 1 qualification from the previous judging cycle.

  • The course will cover the basic structure of the MAG FIG Code of Points 2025 – 2028 edition
  • Judge all “E” jury (for all grades)
  • This qualification can also allow candidates to judge at all GI GymSTART events

Criteria for Eligibility

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Any parent(s)/guardian(s) of a candidate under the age of 18 must complete the online consent form in order to create an account on LearnUpon. This form must be completed in order to enrol on the course.
  • Must be a current member of Gymnastics Ireland
  • Must have completed Garda Vetting and Safeguard Training

Sport HQ Building, National Sports Campus, Blanchardstown Dublin

Course Dates:

April 15th - 6:00pm - 9.00pm (Online)

May 5th - 9:00am - 6:00pm (Face to Face)

Exam Date:

May 12th - 6:00pm - 8.00pm (Online Practical)
