In this workshop, delivered by Sergio Lara-Bercial of Leeds Beckett University, attendees will be able to explore what a club vision and strategy are, why they are important and how to create them and most importantly bring them to life. Starting from clarifying your WHY, the webinar will allow participants to explore how that WHY may translate into WHAT and HOW ideas over a set period of time to reach the desired goals.
