This session provides a practical overview of diversity and inclusion (D&I) within an organisational context. Participants will build a clear understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion, and explore the key legislation that underpins fair and respectful workplaces.

The session will examine the different types of discrimination and how they can arise in everyday working environments. It will also explore the concept of unconscious bias, highlighting how hidden assumptions can influence decision-making, workplace culture, and organisational processes.
